1. The App
Helion Orbit is a casual arcade game. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms.
3. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases (including Helion Pro and ship refills) are billed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the App, attempt to cheat StoreKit entitlements, or reverse engineer beyond what’s allowed by law.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
