Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Helion Orbit is designed to keep gameplay data on your device. We do not require an account and we do not operate a player profile server for this App.
2. Information stored on your device
- Scores & progress — best score and related local preferences (UserDefaults).
- Ship bay & Overdrive — regenerating resource counts and timers stored locally.
- Purchase state — Helion Pro entitlement is verified with Apple StoreKit; a local cache may be kept for offline UI.
3. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to the App Store transaction.
4. Advertising
Free players may see a lightweight interstitial placeholder between runs. Helion Pro removes these. This build does not include a third-party ad SDK that uploads advertising identifiers for tracking.
5. Analytics & tracking
We do not sell your data. This build does not include third-party analytics SDKs that upload your gameplay history. App Tracking Transparency is not used to track you across other companies’ apps.
6. Sharing
We do not share personal gameplay data with third parties for advertising. Device backups you control (e.g. iCloud Backup) may include local App data under Apple’s terms.
7. Children
The App is a general-audience arcade game. It is not directed at children under 13. Parents should supervise device purchases.
