Terms of Use

By using Folio you agree to these terms. Folio is a budgeting aid, not a bank, broker, financial advisor, or tax service.
Accounts. You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. To reset a forgotten password, email support@plus-app.io from the address on your account.
Bank connections. Linking accounts is optional and handled via Plaid’s services under Plaid’s terms. You authorize us to retrieve and store the data needed to provide Folio features.
Folio Plus subscriptions. Folio Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Plans:
- Monthly: Folio Plus billed monthly (typically $9.99 USD / month after any introductory offer).
- Yearly: Folio Plus billed yearly (typically $69.99 USD / year after any introductory offer).
Where offered, a 14-day free trial may apply. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial if you do not cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store / Folio paywall at purchase time.
Plus unlocks additional linked bank connections (up to the plan limit), merchant budgets, and smart merchant suggestions. Free includes one linked bank connection and category budgets.
Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape, or use Folio for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer. Folio is provided “as is.” Budgets, categorizations, and alerts may be incomplete or incorrect. Verify important decisions with your bank and advisors.
Termination. You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access for abuse or risk to the service. Deleting your Folio account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that separately in Apple ID settings.
