Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By tapping Agree or using AFOQT Study (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Independent study aid
The App is a privately developed educational product for personal study. It is not an official military training system, not government-furnished, and not a substitute for recruiter guidance or official AFOQT materials.
3. No affiliation
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, Department of Defense, or any official testing authority.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own study. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, redistribute paid content, or represent App materials as official exam content.
5. Practice tasks
Instrument comprehension, table reading, quizzes, mock exams, and similar drills are practice analogs only. Official AFOQT subtests use controlled forms, procedures, and scoring that this App cannot and does not reproduce.
6. No guarantees
Study outcomes vary. The App makes no warranty that practice will improve scores or lead to selection, commissioning, or flight training.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for meeting official eligibility, security, medical, and testing requirements. Do not use the App while operating a vehicle or in any situation where distraction is unsafe.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including testing or career outcomes.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an in-app notice or version bump constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
